However, it's not a served menu instead, each dish will be prepared fresh for you continuously at several live stages.

Meet Matteo De Carli, a culinary master from Varese, Italy. Matteo is renowned for his exceptional gastronomic skills and passion for Italian cuisine.
He is the proud owner and head chef of the restaurant Casa De Carli, which he opened in 2012 with his wife Lenka. The restaurant is a culinary hub celebrated for its modern, simple dishes prepared with fresh, seasonal ingredients. It is a top restaurant in Prague, annually listed in the Michelin guide since 2013.
During his career as a chef, Matteo has worked at prestigious establishments around the world, including Hotel Richemond, Hotel Gstaad Palace, Four Seasons in Dublin, and Bice Mare in Dubai. Before coming to the Czech Republic, he worked at Cipriani restaurant on Wall Street in New York, where regular patrons included bankers and celebrities such as Kim Kardashian, Bono, and Rihanna.
Now Matteo and his team are coming to the Gurdau Winery for an extraordinary event!
