5-course lunch/dinner menu with wine pairing
In two hours we will introduce you to the Gurdau winery, the building itself, the philosophy and our goals. You will learn more about the history of the winery in Kurdějov, and how important the terroir is for our wines.
We will follow the path of the grapes, from the vineyard to the glass.
A 5-course seasonal menu will be prepared just for you by Chef Josef Súkup.
Our sommelier will introduce you to our three varieties - Riesling, Veltlin and Pinot blanc, which will be paired with food.
